The Coffee at Caffe Vita is the BEST COFFEE I would have to say on the West Coast. (only because I havent been to the East Coast) The atmosphere is amazing and cozy for a normal Seattle Rainy Day. The Coffee speaks for itself being in all of the most recognized restaurants in Seattle among the Top Chefs. I would say everyone needs to get in to a Vita soon.
