The historical significance of Pearl Harbor is hard to deny. So, no "first" trip to Honolulu is complete without a trip to the famous Pearl Harbor. I've seen it several times already but if this is your first time in Honolulu, you have to come by. There's a free movie that shows you the history behind Pearl Harbor and then a short boat ride over to the Arizona Memorial where you can walk around and pay tribute to all the brave soldiers who were aboard the USS Arizona. Afterwards, come back and walk around or take an audio tour. There's also a gift shop for those who want some souvenirs.
