GoPlanit Reviews for Buffet @ The Wynn
I love and always will love the champagne brunch at the Wynn....It has an amazing selection of food. Everything from sushi (very standard, but still good), Chinese dim sum (I've been VERY pleased with the rice noodles and dumplings I've had here) to salads, breakfast, carving stations and more.
Some of the food is less amazing then others, but it's worth it for the variety. And, of course, for the homemade gelato and amazing fruit and pastries.

If you want a high-quality buffet with a wide variety, then the Wynn is your choice. I've had buffets at every major casino multiple times and the Wynn remains my top pick. Maybe it's because I'm a sucker for their eclectic selection of dishes ranging from Asian to Italian to the typical seafood and prime rib cut options. I even think their coffee tastes better. Do know that you will pay a penalty in the wait (it's long) and the price (it's more expensive than the other buffets). You get what you pay for, kids.
