The first word that comes to mind for Antique Cafe is "romantic". I find this place warm and inviting, great day or in the evening. You can bring the kids too, even though it's a small space. There's something for just about everybody, it's clients are family to fashionistas. Its specialty is coffee, great great coffee. After you have it you will have a hard time settling for less. They have a great wine and beer selection, and the pastries are not for the strict dieters, but are deliciously worth it. I also like their brunches on the weekends. It's a good place to unwind.

To me this cafe is endearing, lovely, and full of fantastic choices. I come here often for the eggs benedict brunches, and they have Mighty Teas, a lot of tea drinkers swear by it, myself included. Really, the place is a little longer on ambiance and pastries than physical space, but if you can get a seat, it's worth a stop. Don't come with more than 4 people and expect to sit inside, but they have a heated area outside which is really cool.

I was lucky! As the organizer of the evening for the 4 of us, I had no idea that reservations would be necessary. My wife's scallops were perfectly cooked and my spinach raviolis were delicious. The Jumbo lump crab cakes appetizer was memorable. Our friends had Seafood Arrabbiata with fabulous shrimp. Ther service was terrific: not rushed nor slow.
